In her latest book AT HOME: Hammershøi Leslie Hossack takes a contemporary look at Danish artist Vilhelm Hammershøi (1864-1916).
The book is divided into four sections: Hammershøi At Home; The Artist’s Patron; Hammershøi’s Copenhagen; and At Home In Ottawa.
In addition to 115 full page colour photographs, “AT HOME: Hammershøi” includes texts by Leslie Hossack, a foreword by Danish Ambassador to Canada Hanne Fugl Eskjær, plus essays by Canadian art historian/curator Michel V. Cheff and Danish art historian/curator Annette Rosenvold Hvidt.
