These 12 images are part of a larger series created during Leslie Hossack’s Canadian Forces Artists Program 2013 deployment to Camp Film City, the NATO Headquarter Camp in Pristina. The photographs examine places of memory and commemoration associated with the Serbian-Albanian war, and the 1999 NATO bombing of Serbian forces. In her book TESTAMENT: Leslie Hossack In Kosovo (2015), Hossack presents a collection of photographs and writings exploring her experiences as a contemporary war artist in the Balkans.
